The accommodations seemed okay, but the
overall experience was disappointing. The room was outdated and not very clean, which made it hard to enjoy my stay. The staff, although friendly, couldn't fix the issues with the room. My luggage took a long time to reach my room.

The hotel had a great location close to PortMiami, which was super convenient for us with five kids. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the spacious queen room with a balcony where the kids could run a bit.
In my wife's opinion, the lack of hot water was a huge letdown, making it tough to get the kids ready in the morning.

Room 203 was spacious and comfortable, featuring the best smelling soap I've encountered in a hotel shower. However, thin pillows detracted from the comfort, and the limited breakfast offering felt inadequate. Additionally, the need to fetch ice across the street was inconvenient.
